Akasia Place consists of 400 residential units, of which 120 units are bachelor units (30.6m2) aimed at the primary rental market, and 280 units are two-bedroom units (42.1m2) aimed at the secondary rental market. The units are in two and three-storey walk-up building typologies which gives the development a lovely village feel with varying scales.
